Fitness for over 55's

Fitness is important no matter the age but with the years our body clock is slowing down.

Muscle mass and bone density are key words for any aging body. Resistant based exercises will help you to maintain muscle and strenghten your bones, be more active and live stronger. 

Our programs and classes are specifically designed to maintain an independent lifestyle, improve balance, stay active and be social.


We are part of the Stay Sharp & Strength for Life programs and have an extensive experience in exercise and rehabilitation for mature adults.
