We are qualified Rehab trainers and can help you with injury management and prevention. Sports injuries, post operative or long time injuries, we can adapt our program to suit your needs. We also offer sports strapping ( rigid tape or kinesio tape). If you are currently working with a health professional we can adapt our program to achieve the best outcome for you
